Pilot CALA

Introductory License
A limited, time-bound introduction to the governance rhythm and high-level structure of Simplicity Six™.
Used only to establish fit and foundational clarity before entering a full annual agreement.

Pilot CALA = fit + foundational clarity

CALA

The full annual licensing model, granting controlled access to Simplicity Six™, senior-level clarity sessions, and a stable governance cadence.
Designed for organizations that require long-term direction, continuity, and disciplined decision-making.

CALA = full access + long-term governance

Selection Process

Organizations do not select a model upfront.
After reviewing your request, Kaathoven Systems determines whether a Pilot CALA or a full CALA is the appropriate entry point.
